Go on a cut. You will lose some strength and then 90s will be tougher

As others have said use a barbell or join a different gym

The gym have anything else you can use like some decent hammer strength equipment etc? If not I'm struggling to understand the appeal of the gym anyway if the equipment is lacking?

Just use a barbell you don't need to be DB anything higher then 90lb which you probably can't even do you DUMB twink SRS.

wtf not bragging about it. I just wonder how can I somehow modify the dumbbell. Like can I attach a 10lb plate to it or something? Surely someone has invented something

I did just shy of 90s for 3 sets of 12 after heavy flat bench, and controlled the weights down and went all the way up and almost touched my chest. I will be shoulder pressing the 90s soon

bc it doesn’t get busy, has a good amount of power racks etc. Every other gym in my area is like royal rumble every single day. Even at peak time there’s always free equipment and I love it .

I could use hammer strength machine I guess though I’m not a fan, sigh. Thanks brah

Stop your bitching. My gym's dbels go up to 60 and are missing 45s.

You adapt, you improvise. Go slow and high rep. Go all out on flies and dips. Incorporate different types.

I’m gonna attempt 500lb deadlift next week and I’m gonna attempt 3 plates in a month, those are worth filming so stay tuned for those

you’d honestly rather see me incline 90s than attempt 3 plates? U srs right now?

U must be unaware of my vids. I don’t post my face when I record myself, and it’s way too much effort editing and blurring myself out and chit, I’m not doing that for 90lbs
