What makes you think they knew about this? It was way too rushed, and they're way too stupid. The vaccine researchers were not selected based on their competence at creating vaccines. They were selected based on their religious beliefs that vaccines are holy sacraments and that the big bad covid demon can only be exorcised by them. These people thought it was a good idea to do the whole lockdown and masks thing. That's all you need to know about what they tell you about the vaccine.

I'll agree 65% is a overly sensational, but this thing is clearly dangerous and developed by people who are clearly idiots and ideologically blind to any potential danger.
I think this is the more likely scenario. I personally don't buy the idea that people will be dropping like flies from the vaccine and definitely don't buy that it's a secret population control mechanism.

That said I disagree that vaccine manufacturers are ideologically blind. Perhaps the people who do the actual development work are, however the ones who approve the final product are anything but blind. Just look at how they've falsified safety data for FDA approval for other drugs in the past and you'll know they will totally sell a harmful product to the masses if it'll make a huge profit, even when it's drugs they can actually be sued for.

Both the vaccines and actually having covid cause your body to replicate the covid spike proteins.

If the spike proteins are the problem, using this same logic, wouldn't this "65% of people will die from heart failure in 3 years" statistic also apply to people who caught covid and not just those vaccinated?

Bored and did some digging on what a d dimer test is. Found a study that randomly checked people with the test and it showed a 44% positive result. Reference:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3538031/

If the doctor is not releasing other conditions his patients are showing, you really don't know if the test is correlated with covid vax.

I'll assume since he is not releasing that info that he is hiding something.

Elites wanting to murder a huge % of the population is moronic anyway. The amount of money available for billionaires to hoover up is directly proportional to the size of the economy, which is proportional to the amount of people.

Additionally, the ability to maintain vast generational wealth is dependant upon political stability, because when you lose that, the poors might turn up on your gold-plated doorstep in order to string you up from a lamppost. If you wipe out 50%+ of the population over a couple of years, you very much risk losing the law of law, which poses an existential threat to you.

So essentially this "plan" that basement dwellers suscribe to, involves very rich people deciding to voluntarily give away much of their wealth plus take a punt on losing everything, because reasons.
