I knew OP was a cuck.

Leave it to De Blasio to usher in fascism. I fully expect Cuomo to extend these restrictions statewide. America is in shambles and the people begged for it.

Can you imagine the outrage if, a few years ago, Giuliani came out and said New Yorkers cannot EAT without presenting proof of the flu shot at the door?

Yeah except they can't mandate that, it's even more overreach and blatant discrimination. If a business chooses to do so then that's different but sorry government can't force them to have people show their papers.

Love how suddenly everyone becomes a con law, admin law, and local government law, expert.

We regulate businesses all the time. The government had the power to completely disallow businesses to even let people in - you think a vaccine card is going to be the “blatant” overreach now?

A lot of the unvaccinated folks are minority populations. So can you imagine restaurants letting in mostly white patrons inside and telling blacks and hispanics that they can't come in because they aren't vaccinated?

Yeah they can because they choose to, the government however can't do what NY is doing. It's more government overreach.

De Blasio wants to seem important and relevant after being one of, if not, the worst mayors in city history.

Tranny Fuker OP is racist since he supports policies that disproportionately bans people of color from the public square.

You sure about that? I can understand why the black community would be hesitant after a little thing called Tuskegee

And that is too much power and yes I think people are fed up with idiots like DeBlasio and this whole thing.
