I have helped a BUNCH of people get in with Crypto. I am also helping a few guys with prospective projects they have coming up.

What is really cool, is I have even gotten a few younger guys some great jobs through my connections in the group who are not super car guys, but just normal car friends. Eg Wrx and Mini guys. I dont only go to 'super car' meet ups. My son and I have made friends across the board in the car thing. The super car circle of friends is only a small part of what we do.

So anyway, the benefit of having a circle of friends like this can be life changing. It has even inspired me to possibly look at new areas to explore in my own life.

You are not wrong in the essence of what you are saying, I know plenty of people in my circle with all sorts of skills and knowledge and yes that's great..

HOWEVER I am saying please don't turn into nosirrahx. I've never seen you like this before, and you are getting nearly as obnoxious. Dial it back, try to be more British and reserved. It's a lot cooler.

Ha man....you guys keep missing the point. I see reading comp is not one of the MISC's finer points. The 'stuff' means nothing. It is cool and fun, but I have actually lived the last 10 years happy to have much less. Like I said, I used to think MOAR was better....but I am happier with much less and MUCH better life/work balance.

This is the first home I designed and built for my self at 26. I moved from a 1700 sqft home into this one which was 8500. I was single with no kids. It was all about the chase..... Never enjoyed that home either. I lived there for 10 years. Think I only swam in the indoor pool 3 or 4 times.

Used to fly my helicopter in and out of the back yard all the time.

Lifted this vid from when they sold the home.

I had all this stuff 20 years ago...>lol as saved whole life to buy lambo.

If there is one thing that car can do is STOP. Full ceramics all around, you can stomp till the ABS is hitting over and over and no brake fade.

Here is some in-car of me driving at the track (I drove a little harder than my son). Riding passenger is tough on the track so I was not going balls out, and I kept checking to make sure he was OK. I hit some traffic later in the vid, and I was lifting to be polite to them. We rent the full track and pass by permission only.

I just always thought high performance cars dont do well in stop and go traffic since they are made to go super fast.

Id imagine its a lot of wear and tear on the breaks. How much is a break job on a car like this?

Lot of insecurity itt. My wife and I turned away from a path that could have made us pretty rich for quality of life. You need $ to buy stuff, being scared about a paycheck is a good way to be miserable - but once you have the basics quality life > all else.

Most people, if they woke up and -really- dedicated themselves to making money above all else, 7 days a week 14 hours a day grind could get super rich. But where would the fun in that be?

While H's have risen like the rest of the market, they have not quite gone up 20% so I am not sure where you are coming up with that number. The answer to will they drop?... I dont think anyone knows.

I do know the H's will be the last of the N/A non-hybrid cars and I think that will hold their value. But the car market in general is loopy right now and I dont know if anyone has any answers.

As to your question of how much a house costs, I am not sure which home you are talking about......
