I don't know if I look better, but i appear more similar today to what I looked like 10 years ago. 10 years ago I didn't eat much beef or dairy products. Then I took up weight lifting and changed my diet eating more beef and dairy. I gained a lot of weight. Here of late I've cut out beef and dairy and for what ever reason my weight has dropped considerably. I'm weighting close to that I weighed a decade ago.

Idk, I mean the obvious assumption would be worse due to age. I've never been one to take pictures/have pictures taken of myself, so I don't really have good ones for comparison, but I would lean towards saying that there's probably not that much of a difference.

26yo here. I look much better than I did in 2010. I always had a good muscular base, but I was much more "twinkish" looking in High school.

Lifted 10 years ago as well (24). Was lighter (73 kg to 81 now) so less muscle but also less fat. Much stronger now with slightly more fat. Face stayed the same (no sun, no alcohol, eat right and ****). My beard only started to get greyish a bit, hair still good.
Not really improved nor degraded.. difficult one to say

10 years ago (25) I was 275lbs and bloated, hit the gym 4x/week weights only, no cardio, ate too much and was drinking a lot of beer and thought I looked good........I didn't. This was about the time that I realized I needed to start making changes b/c I just never really felt great. By 28 I was my literal peak. 238lbs 11% bf

Today (35) I'm around 250-252lb (currently trying to lose 5lbs) hit the gym 2-3x/week, cardio every time, eating better for my body, have a nice craft beer every now and then and just feel way better other than getting older aches/pains.

Better now at 36 than 26. I was a fat powerlifter in my 20s with a 40 inch waist. Bald now, but thankfully I have an aesthetic head shape so bald works on me. No gay alien skull thank God.

BUT younger age trumps better fitness so no matter what I do I can’t really look better than before.

Honestly I looked goofy a decade ago. I definitely think I aged like fine wine and that's with and without hair.

10 years ago i was fat, awkward, and didn't have any direction in life. Today i work out daily, have a girl way out of my league, own a buisness, have a nice beard, and a decent physique. Also learned how to cut my hair properly so it is styled. Long story short, you couldn't pay me to go back to 22 unless i could take the knowledge i have now with me.

I looked younger a decade ago, but I think 100% of girls I know would say that I’m far more attractive right now than when I looked 19

Physique was a bit better back then because I was trynna get jacked, but I’m just as lean as I was back then

Look much better now altho have still got a youngish face (still get id'd for booze lol). Back then was partying all the time (gaunt & not in shape) and had no money (no decent clothes or style). Few issues today with Norwood of course & training hasn't got any easier.

Went up a few whole points srs.

Everyone says I look way better.

Reasons:

Got top tier FUE to fix hairline
Fixed nose that was jacked from years of boxing
Started eating cleaner and lifting consistently. Looking swole
Dressing/grooming way better

Still a manlet so I don't get sloots drooling but I do get looks and I rarely if ever don't hear back after a date (and I rarely date anyone above 27). So overall not feeling all that bad.

25 to 35 not much of a difference but my hairline got pushed back a little bit on the corners. skin is about the same but im very diligent with using moisturizer/sunscreen every day plus good genetics.

I look a bit better. Eyes probably look more tired, but physique has improved. Life has been tough. Lots of body pain, but folks don't know that.

I look better now at 34 than at 24. Hands down. At 24 I was 230# and >>>30% BF, very heavy drinker/smoker and the only weightlifting I did was 12-16 ounce curls. Currently 190# with visible abs, don't smoke anymore, rarely drink, and am fitter/stronger/just plain better in every measurable category. No contest.
