A) find some property in a place you think is in a growth area/about to be gentrified
B) find a property that has decent structure but you can update and add value
C) buy and renovate
D) sell when you can take a good profit and re-up

I don’t have a get rich quick scheme, more of a “get comfortable slowly” scheme

And of course all this depends on your individual tax treatment, access to finance and ability to perform renovation tasks yourself

Actually I have been meaning to get a nicer scope for the .243, maybe a more comfortable stock as well now that I’m getting old lol

Current scope can be dialled in but for some reason wanders off the the right after like 10 rounds go through it

You should know that when you go to settlement you have to provide a tax compliance certificate and then they deduct
-any withholding tax
-lawyer fees
-agent commissions
-amounts owing to bank if there is financing
-any back taxes on the property

Whatever hits your bank account after that is profit/cash money
