Maintenance guy at my work is the only one I listen to. He legit made 120k so far this year passivly trading 2-3 different oil stocks. Doesn't even mess with options. Just has been swing trading them for like 15 years. Oil stock specialist lol. Said he still works here to give him something to do and have a company truck with fuel paid for.

I sold a duramax pickup the other day to this guy in his 70s who was getting it to pull and RV and go travel around before he dies.(dude seemed healthy as chit though), but when it came time to pay me the cash he asked if I could give him a few days to pull the money out of his ameritrade account. So we got to talking about the market and what not and apparently he still actively swing trades lol.

He said the data and info that is available to us now is amazing and was telling me all about making calls to the broker.


And I catch myself getting pissed over market manipulation and a lack of transparency.. we have come along way in the grand scheme of things.

The few competitors I have are charging $500-$3000 for my $125 option lmao. The goal is increase prices as demand goes up. This is also a business that I can’t hire employees or someone else to do it for me, so that’ll be a limiting factor to gains. I wish I was more tech savvy and could include a page where people can upload their pictures directly on the website and then I’d be able to view them in an email or in some admin only part of the site.

His dad or brother (I forgot) just sold their neurological technology company for $150 million so they’re loaded Indians.
But this guy basically just smokes weed and plays video games in his free time. He had a huge drinking problem up until recently too. I remember going to a bar with him and he paid for over 100 people’s drinks. Racked up a tab of $7k in one night.
