its so ****ed because this was going to be one of the best years for 212 and he was the biggest part of that besides Clarida.
The terrible irony he just posted the most deathly face yesterday on social media.

Its just like man, this looks like something he just chose to do and took it too far. Its too close to the olympia for this to not be mostly due to going to extreme.

But thats also what it takes sometimes and you know how many guys have probably done the same things and just were luckier staying just this little bit on the side of life than death?

Damn that sucks rip. At this point, I get the determination and passion they have, but it's just expected at this point. I think there needs to be some changes in the industry, because it's just turning into a death sentence for some.

honestly I know a lot about what actually happens internally during preps and usually its the liver and kidneys that get stressed, usually you get bloods monitor that and you also usually back off compounds when you get closer to the stage if you are ACTUALLY conditioned because your body gets more stressed and more anabolics in those conditions create more systemic stress that will really put pressure on the kidneys and liver and all of that can also be tied to the heart because it will likely be stressed then as well on top of the cardio and extreme dieting. Its kind of a cascade that can come tumbling down real fast when you get to those extremes. I have met some people though who are insanely genetically resilient to it. Their body is just way better at surviving under extremely harsh conditions.

This is really a lot of it. People have this ability to trick their mind into thinking they are invincible until they arent. And what has changed is how readily available all sorts of substances and extreme techniques are. The bigger problem is how misguided a lot of them are. But there are some probably like in this instance where he just wanted it that bad, was going to go to any extreme, he wasnt as invincible as he thought, and something gave out.


then again, maybe he was stabbed going for a walk at 3am or struck in a car accident.

Phuck, brah looked juicy as fuark (nohomo). RIP George. Still upset about John Meadow's passing. Bodybuilding has honestly had such an unhealthy aspect to it, I'm afraid these bodybuilder deaths just hurt the sport even more. Although George could have died from other unrelated causes, we don't know yet.
