Not trusting the good sentiment going on here, good time to sell some off. think the market will crash before December comes. Everyone will assume the bull run is over based off previous cycles then btc skyrockets to new ATH after a big fake out.

Well different cryptos for different things. Play to earn, Gaming, etc need their own tokens for game. Then you have smartchains like ETH which I find is the one I see has the most use as of now but the competitors like sol and Ada might takeover eths role with their superior tech.

Payment systems like xrp, xlp can change and improve banking structure

Supply chain cryptos like vechain can greatly make the supply chain in the world more cohesive and effective.

Of course at the end of the day only a handful will be the ones that make it but right now it’s still a competition

The fact is this late in the run there's very few things with potential for 50x or 100x. You just have to take what the market gives you, or end up as exit liquidity.

When is the top of the bull run? Christmas? March?

What do we do then? HODL? Take profits and wait to buy the dip?

Will there be a top at all? Can BTC just keep going up slowly forever? With ETF and large pension funds coming on board, they are not swing trading, they are locking that sheit away for years, why would BTC crash or go down at all? Recently George Soros bought BTC, why would this mofo buy if BTC can go down 50% for the next 3 years?

All valid questions. My thought is the more crypto goes mainstream the cycles will be shorter and the overall dips smaller. Instead of a 80% BTC drop for 2 years it'll be 30-40% for 6 months as an example

That being said, those days are over, with billionaires and major banks and pension funds coming onboard, price has been far more stable. Even a few months back bitcoin would go down 7% in a few hours and stay there for a day or two, not anymore, everyone is buying the smallest dips instantly. Years back dips lasted for weeks, apparently.

But yes, overall the best asset. Statistically THE best investment in history.

yeah i try to tell no-coiners around me that the water is safe now. the big boys are in, and their best life decision RIGHT NOW would be to swim with the whales. if the monsters are putting their money there, then us lowly MFers should be doing the same. insane if one gets into a trend BEFORE the institutions, as i suspect many in here did

No clue about price i'm afraid. $500 metis will be roughly 500Million market cap though. I imagine that's where a lot of the initial profit taking will take place.

Looks like we're about to spill into $100 during staking next week, and once that happens all of their partnerships open the floodgates to operate on the Metis platform. We're still barely over 100million marketcap. I believe gains going into thanksgiving (and christmas in particular) will be nuts.

Okay, serious question looking to get answered. Will Metis end up being Maker type of coin that's in the thousands?

Say it takes off and all that. It reaches an MC of 10 billion. Does that mean $10,000 per coin or will there be some sort of higher circulating supply so the price doesn't go that high per coin.

I watch cryptobanter. there are a bunch of other good ones out there, a bunch of shoddy ones too. the ones who tell you there will be no more bear markets are delusional, if it can go down 50% it will go down 80+% again at some point. you don't buy the dip at the end of the bull market, it's called a "bull trap", alts should go parabolic for a few weeks after bitcoin peaks, possibly not. I'm being safe and taking half my stack off the table when BTC is peaking

after a blow off top, my advice would be to walk away for a while. from my experience last time was that we slid into a bear market like quicksand. everybody will be yelling "buy the fcking dip" but the problem is that the dips will keep coming. slight recovery, you buy then it dips again... until one day everybody looks back and realizes that we actually went into a bear market months prior.

i suspect many of us will be much smarter this time given the experience in 2018 where this exact scenario happened. once we go into a bear market i will for sure be an aggressive buyer but it will be months down the road before those buys start. months worth of falling knives occur in the beginning

Will there be a top at all? Can BTC just keep going up slowly forever? With ETF and large pension funds coming on board, they are not swing trading, they are locking that sheit away for years, why would BTC crash or go down at all? Recently George Soros bought BTC, why would this mofo buy if BTC can go down 50% for the next 3 years?
Nobody knows. Have a plan and stick to it.
