um it says he went from 210 to 138 pounds in 12 weeks and they dont give his height.

he looks ridiculous because he never put on any mass and did such a rapid cut.


IDK if i believe those numbers though, something doesnt seem right. He doesnt look that short and if he is 138 pounds then him in the before pic doesnt look like him at 210, that guy at 210 in the before pic looks like he would have more muscle mass. only other explanation is he lost a lot of muscle mass at the same time he cut the fat which is why his chest is non existant.

No way he lost 6 lbs/week for 12 weeks.

12 weeks refers to his initial training program.



Being overweight feels awful. Regardless how it looks, I would never enjoy living above 18 or so percentage bodyfat.
