So sorry to hear. I lost someone unexpectedly several years ago. Until that point, I hadn't really gone through an unexpected loss of a close loved one. I remember the first couple weeks afterwards being kind of blur with funeral arrangements and everything and just kind of going into "put one foot in front of another" mode. After that I had my good days and bad days for a while. Funny thing was, when I would have a good day, then l felt guilty afterwards for not feeling miserable. Just a roller coaster of emotions for a while. Time helps, things will get better.

There's no way to survive this. I figure 36 is the good age to go. I want to go where she is. There is no place for me here. I love you misc. You've always entertained me. I hope to see Bill Hicks as well. And **** you trolls lol but you've brought good humor. Peace be with you all!

Trust me, from someone who has been exactly in your shoes before, you have no idea how beautiful your future can be. But you've got to keep trucking through the suckies. Do literally anything you want except for the thing you want to do right now. I think there are probably a few good dudes in this thread who you might reach out to. I'll let them chime in.

There's some truth there, under the right circumstance I still get a little choked up years later. But life really does get better, and you can be happy again. Unfortunately, I'm talking months and years not days and weeks - that's what it took for me anyway.
