There are like maybe 2 ppl agreeing with OP’s premise. Most are saying he was terrible person, but that things are complicated and there were other bad guys too (Russia, USA). Only in your cartoon world, where nuance has not evolved beyond shows meant to be easily digestible by children, is life so simple that the blue lasers = good and red lasers = bad and anyone who can’t understand this simple premise is a “mental midget”.
