Looks like Russ just might be sold off. EDIT ( added pic for laughs ), lol....

Wilson to the Cowboys or Dolphins would have a big effect on those teams. Dolphins have to somehow come away with one of these QBs: Watson, R. Wilson, Lawrence, Z. Wilson. If they try to sit tight with Tua they'll be in the same spot they are now.

I can't see Dallas making a play for Wilson. They have too many needs on the team to sacrifice the draft capital that would be required to get him. They need help on every level of defense and will soon need help on the offensive line. I also don't think Seattle is going to let him go.

I love how QB’s sign massive contracts and then demand more help.

Wilson’s contract + Seattle’s sh!t front office = disaster

BRB this LB won’t be drafted until round 3, fuk it we can’t risk it, get him at #25!!!

BRB since we can’t draft for sh!t let’s give away our draft picks for blitz boy!!!

As a Rams fan, I go to bed every night hoping Russ is dealt somewhere else. Get him outta the conference and let the Seahawks go back to TFW no QB.

Personally id like to see him on the Raiders, let Gruden unleash him. Plus him vs Mahomes 2x a year would be MONEY.

KC released Pro Bowler Eric Fisher.... dude tore his achilles against Buffalo. Hard way to find out you are done. KC had 1 starting O lineman left in the Superbowl.

Now another long time Lineman is cut. Looks like a total O line rebuild.

Better hope most/all of their draft picks on o line and defense pan out because Mahomes contract is going to be a burden

I don’t kno that either of these moves were in any way affected by the cap
Ded srs

One wasn’t gonna even be available until deep into the 2021 season, and maybe not ever at all (see Eric Berry) and the other was on the wrong side of 30 coming off back injuries.
Nobody in the history of ever “used to have” a back injury
My guess, Schwartz was gonna retire anyway

KC can clear around another $50mil by converting Mahomes and Frank Clark base into signing bonuses and if they so choose, extend Matthieu

I have a 5yo understanding of the cap and kno these moves are possible so I gotta think the KC front office is 50 moves ahead of me

Loved both these players but this was just straight business

Edit:
Now Reiter is 100% a cap casualty

Don't want to hear whining about the Chiefs OL. Since drafting Mahomes they've spent 600% more draft capital on RBs than offensive linemen.

Pretty sure several of those are void years.

Edit: seems to essentially be a 1 year extension. The rest are void years.

Bucs clearing the room for Barrett and Gronk, maybe playoff Lenny. Hope they just let Suh and Brown walk. Suh was bad last year, just living off his name. As for Brown, I want Scooter Miller and Tyler Johnson to get the reps.

Cam back to the Patriots on another one year deal. Let’s see what he can do with a full camp, and hopefully for him some varsity receivers.

Glad they didn’t go get my man Mariota, he deserves better!

Adam Schefter

Tom Brady isn’t the only QB providing cap relief to his team; Patrick Mahomes is expected to do the same. Chiefs are expected to convert Mahomes’ $21.7 million roster bonus to a signing bonus in the coming days, which would save KC $17 million against the cap, per league sources. Mahomes pending contract restructure that will save the Chiefs about $17 million against the cap will allow KC to do some free-agent shopping....

Speaking of... guess he is playing to 45,46ish
