Ok so I'm going to point a few things out many of which were not present until the past 24-36 hrs -

1. Every tank has both fuel drums slots on and the plumbing for it to feed into the main tanks is actually in place as well as the release actuator

2. All of the 12.7x108 guns are uncovered and ready to go.

3. The only vehicle we see with a cannon cover still on is one of the AFV's which absolutely can shoot through it's cover and hit targets.

4. Packs and etc you'd see in an actual combat movement are on the vehicles

5. Everything looks fully manned and people are head out in bitch ass cold ****ty weather.

6. Also recovery, trench crossing, and entrenching equipment in that column.

These have been put on to try and protect against top-attack anti-tank missiles like the Javelin. However the Javelin also has a direct attack mode.

I'd really really hate to be a Russian tank or BMP crew right now b/c a lot of them are gonna get dead and injured from Javelins and NLAW.

srs - One possibility is that this comes in phases - Phase One could be an invasion into the 'separatist' controlled Donbas only. A lot of the preparatory propaganda has been focused towards that. Then more provocations/ casus belli created and then Phase Two a further invasion into more of Ukraine and so on. We could be watching this develop over a very long time.
