Your landlord is the bank unless your property is paid off. And your property taxes go up every year just like rent does. When's that mortgage payment come out? Bi-weekly?

I remember renting, I followed all the instructions including steam cleaning the carpet before a vacated

Still they Only returned 50% of the deposit

Never again will a pay a dollar on rent, when I outgrow my current house I will let rentcels take it over and do no repairs. Rentcels are filthy roaches, they destroy the property and expect repairs. Not under my watch. Only time you do repairs is when the filth leaves and you get new filth tenants

I’ve seen successful landlords and they demand rent on time, increases prices every year, and will buy cheap $50 used appliances of craigslist until you Rentcels stop bitching even if the first 3 ovens don’t work

Hunt or be hunted, I learned the game early

Rentcels are poverty scum, they have a choice to be homeless or rent. 9 times out of 10 they will bend over and rent. Don’t do stupid tape repairs for them. They will bluff about moving but they won’t

My tenants are moving out and I'm gonna miss them. Always pay on time, take great care of the unit, no complaints ever. These people absolutely ruled.

I'm just praying the next ones will be as good.

On the bright side, rent is going up $75 a month.
