What is the hair metal song that says "I don't want to get to close to you..."?

I think it says that as a bridge to the chorus, says:

I don't want to get too close to you
Something something something

And then into the chorus.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
