They aren't schizo's. They're simply employee accounts of the Russian government's web brigades / online shill army. One person will run multiple accounts and they use IP proxies to spoof their true location, and they use special software to manage accounts. They're very good at what they do.

We can insult them all day long but it doesn't really matter to them b/c they're just doing a job. We're actually helping them when we fight back with them but understand I've even done it myself. They're here to be disruptive and interrupt normal discussion and sharing of information and interrupt/disrupt forming of a consensus against the mass murdering tyrant in the Kremlin, to demoralize anyone discussing the activities of their tyrant leader, run most normal people off from the discussion, post their approved phrases and comedy gold propaganda etc.
