Plus with the pin on the front of the rocket you can quickly modify it to be anti tank (forward blast) or anti person (scatter blast). Javelins and NLAWs are far superior on open field since they are fire and forget weapons. The Panzerfaust 3 will be a nightmare for russians in urban warfare.

I think propaganda on both sides has made it almost impossible to get real facts out. There is a reason Russia has shut down access to the outside world to their entire population. So they can control the narrative/propaganda within their country.

Now to the 'hypersonic' weapons bs. There are no hypersonic missiles in breathable air air space. We already have missiles that can reach 6k mph for sustained flight. Probably a bit more. One that now goes a little faster does not make it hypersonic. It may be fast enough to currently avoid 87% of the countermeasures but it ain’t hypersonic. There has been no “leap” in that technology. It is/was an idea that never quite worked out or yet..Just like rail gun tech. Sounds good but the in atmosphere physics are dam difficult to get around. It’s bull**** that grabs attention. Oh no they are using hypersonics..give up now! Yeah..”rods from god”, are the only hypersonics you are going to get for the foreseeable future.
On top of that anything traveling through breathable air space “hypersonic ?” has the same problems that rail gun technology has with projectiles melting. Only worse due to the surface area.

In Kherson, the only major city they managed to take, citizens/militia is already starting to ambush and kill pro russian collaborators. Even if they manage to take Kiev, there will be no peace. Putin may ignore that fact but the occupying forces know this. Also the war is expensive for russia with the sanctions and they already have trouble supplying the troops. With every day the Ukrainians manage to hold resistance, it'll be more likely that this will become russia's vietnam.
