Before and after. Lots of swelling still. Yes, I know I must work on my stomach.







Edit: I know I need to lose fat. Didn’t do this as a shortcut. The gyno gland was removed, which is what I wanted, and only fixable through surgery. My surgeon did Lipo around the chest area as a hybrid method.

the T in RT and LT is it for tit? and don't know why some guys don't actually work out and lower their overall body fat. before basically getting lipo on their man tits

I knew someone would say this.

Gynecomastia is when the gland (located behind the nipple) is so stubborn that even with lowering body fat %, it’ll never go away — only with surgery. I’ve gone down to 12% and I still had puffy nipples. It was gross.

it's been said. Lose weight and gain muscle to push out the fat distribution. You might find out you didn't need surgery and you'd actually look like you lift.

At the end of the way you have to be happy with the surgery.

But yeah you should have lost a few pounds first, if only to make the doctor's job easier and ensure your nipple isn't put back on crooked

OP is weird, but he is right. It's legit a gland that won't go away by working out. The only way is surgery or there is medication, but surgery is the only way it won't come back.

realize he said himself he got lipo on his chest.. i wasn't even aware this was a thing.. so maybe he should of lowered his BF and worked out.. but given he literally has a list of cosmetic surgeries in his sig . besides lasik.. shows he has the self esteem of a dead mouse

I always wonder why they're so casual with the scars for this.

Plastic surgeons doing a purely cosmetic procedure ought to take pride in the visible results, foremost. I saw a Korean doc used a pinhole for the surgery, leaving a scar one more or less cannot see.

they use tissue from another part of your mouth to replace receding gums. I had it done for 1 specific tooth after an injury caused a section of my gum to be gone.

As for OP, if i were you i would have saved that as last resort and tried the working out low bf%. Your man boobs don't look that bad in the 1st pic. Chris Evans as Captain America had puffy breasts but when they are muscular it doesn't look bad.
