I know it's not as bad as red bull, but I've been a religious diet soda drinker since age 12. Diet Coke's current stats are ~45mg caffeine per can, for example. Drinking 10+ of those per day is still like 2-3 red bulls. NGL sometimes I'd see KS pour a red bull and decide to pause the vid and get my own sugarfree red bull or 2, to chug that night.

100% coincidentally, I decided to try drinking La Croix today. 0 sugar, 0 Calories, no artificial sweetener, 0 caffeine, 0 sodium. And I actually like it. Gonna try to drink this, and maybe some teas, instead of diet soda / energy drinks more often. Partially out of respect to KS.

1 red bull is 110mg of caffeine for the regular 12oz. Not 200mg. If he drank the 8.4oz ones that's like 80mg.

4 in one sitting is 440mg. While that's still a lot, he isn't downing them and he is already desensitized. Height, size, metabolism, etc all effect how much you can tolerate as well.

Do you understand how much coffee people drink and how much other people take in a day of caffeine? a 14oz cup of dunkin your typical 5'3 female downs is 210mg.

He didn't just die from drinking red bulls. Those cause signs and symptoms overtime such as arrhythmia, palpitations, dizziness, etc. You have to drink an absurd amount of caffeine to just have it knock you out right there without getting medical attention.
