Miscers age like Milk (Srs)

This is Ed sheeran at 30+ years old. I've been following this nicca since 2009 since he was a teen, he's now, married/father etc and has barely aged.

He could still approach sloots with glow and not look out of place or too old, basically, he has that youthful demeanour







But miscers, they age like chit.



This is kcmann,2 years older than ed sheeran and looks old enough to be his dad

- dull lifeless skin
- lost his face shape (no jawline whatsoever)
- nasolabial folds
- wrinkles








realaesthetic looks old af too, dude looks atleast 42

- bloated round puffy face
- chit hairline
- visible deep set lines

probably due to his gear usage but not mirin how miscers age

You shouldn't look significantly different from 19-35. You should still be able to be next to a 21 year old at 35 and look within a similar age range, not look out of place

I never really judged my male friends on their looks. I couldn't tell you who was 'good looking' and who wasn't - apart from the really obvious stuff like high body fat, no chin etc. It still never stopped me being friends with them, its not like I'm trying to bang bro.

Spoiler alrert - I have also aged like schit due to drink, smoke and sun. No greys yet, but plenty of wrinkles.

it's because they probably follow a standard bro bodybuilding diet devoid of micronutrients. Also lifting heavy ages you, especially squats and deadlifts. Not enough rest days. Preworkouts and caffeine fuxing your sleep.

I refuse to touch that chit before 60 minimum.

The only young ppl that I can accept riding a bike are people that compete or actors (bc they have to get jacked AF in a short period of time)

I've seen that chit age ppl, there's like less than 2 years between these pics (natty before, non-natty after) and this dude was like 26/27 on the after photo

I still consider 30 as a somewhat young adult, I think maybe 40+ is the point you should start to look like a man.

I find it works the same for women too, I'm not attracted to alot of women in my age group bc they age like dog chit. Now I'm not saying that goes for all of them, I've met some absolutely gorgeous 30 year old women, but they are a rarity. Even my female coworkers in my age group look old AF and the first time they meet me, they always assume i'm 10 years younger than them.

There's a saying that youth is wasted on the young, bc its literally the most precious thing a person can have down to apperances. Having a youthful look is what we are biologically most attracted to, take this 45 year old mother for example, she's an absolute bombshell -

just blows my mind how ppl can live in a 1st world country and not look after themselves, and its so evident that they dont.

Invest in sunscreen, half the alcohol/drink more water, eat more greens/fruits and use a moisturizer bruh
