They replace gingers because they have the least amount of 'mirers . Blonde white women are seen as the most attractive by the majority but there is a significant number of men, including myself, who like dark haired white women. The amount of men who like gingers the best is about the same as the amount of men who like black women the best so Hollywood doesn't lose much, if any, money and gingers get replaced for woke points

It's been a hot minute since I've seen the little mermaid but she didn't strike me that way. Otherwise I think you're spot on.

I don't really care much for who they cast as the actor, so long as that actor can actually portray the character well.

Its when it becomes some woke message that it becomes an issue for me.

I'd still have watched Iron Man, Thor, Dr Strange, Captain America even if they cast any of those characters w/ a black actor, wouldn't have changed anything for me.
