The crazy thing about his 1048x3 squat is he wasn’t even trying to hit it. He just lifts to stay in shape for work, kept progressively overloading and somehow ended up squatting over a grand for reps

from the context of the quote, the bench amount seems like a obvious typo - at first glance. but then, when paired with his other statement - 1048x3 squat - one sees that our dear boy is nuking futs.. Ronnie coleman lifting 800 solid ass pounds is apparently a pus compared to the misc's very own powerhouse. yeah right. It seems more likely that the alderian has never seen the inside of a gym and thus is unable to construct a proper fib. That makes sense since he's too busy with his crackpot theories about social hierarchies.

He probably just multiples his own lifts by say 3x without realising it doesn't scale like that when you get to crazy numbers.

But making the baseless claim of a 1048x3 squat that he somehow managed to hit without really trying, on a bodybuilding forum and then providing no proof and expecting people to believe it…that signals mental illness. Like I said - I want to like the guy. But, seriously?

- He is mentally ill and genuinely believes it

i have to say he's interesting
i've seen enough over the years that i actually believe he's in the psych field. and i think he fits there with some of his loose definitions and ideas on the way things work. less scientific and more theory based; like sociologists saying a woman moaning in sex = her trying to call for multiple males.
i feel like he'll write posts with like 80% truth and then either a blatant lie or some weird abstraction used to get to the conclusion. then theres the occasional off the wall comment
but i do think he's more interesting than a lot of people
