I kind of hope not. Puberty blockers exist for good reason and have for a long time. 2nd graders shouldn’t have to worry about bringing enough pads to school. But, I assume he does, just as pharmacists can refuse to fill certain Rx’s but must (to my knowledge) refer the patient elsewhere

Texas pharmacy law allows pharmacist to refuse to fill any prescription that he or she does not deem reasonable, clinical or otherwise. Especially if the medication is not clinical established for its purpose. i.e. I haven't done this but I know several pharmacists who refused dispensing of Ivermectin for treatment of COVID.

I could potentially refuse to dispense the hormone blockers but I don't see why I need to?

Laws are there for a reason. It's actually someone like you who do not care about the legal system that ruins the society. At what point would faking vaccine information help in a time of crisis? If you don't want to get vaccinated, that's your choice. If your employer wants to fire you for not being vaccinated that's their choice. If you got a problem with that? then go work it out in court. I am not going to commit a crime because you threw a tantrum.
