I just wanted to say, as someome that is pro choice, i am glad this got overturned. I dont care if abortion is legal in the the first 3-6 months but you fuking commies just couldnt help yourselves. I'd rather it be completely illegal than have what we see in california

I don't get why people on the left keep making these irrelevant arguments. Roe was a legal matter and if it gets overturned (again) it will be on a legal basis. However, I really don't see a legitimate argument for how abortion meets the standards set in Gluckenberg to qualify as a 14th amendment right. The only argument I've seen is precedent but I think that's silly when the foundational decision clearly wrong.

Has anyone in here offered legal argument for why Alito's opinion is wrong or will we have to wait for the dissent to come out?

If Roe v Wade is overturned, probably means Planned Parenthood will not be able to operate as they operated.

So those handouts they get from the gov't now need to be used to keep them afloat rather than just handing that money back to the DNC.
