Many states already had legislation that it would be banned immediately upon Roe vs Wade being overturned.

I hope this doesn’t hand the democrats a political victory because they should be getting absolutely decimated in the midterms.

Biden is the most unpopular president in history at this point in his administration. The economy is in shambles. Democratic voters would be demoralized but social issues like abortion will 100% drive them to the polls and make November WAY more competitive than it should be.

Can’t say I’m a fan of this decision, at least not the timing of it.

The amount of "the Supreme Court just banned abortion!" Articles I've read is mind blowing.

It's up to the states to decide. Want an abortion? Just go to a state that allows it and do it.

Yup, the SC just punted to leave it up to the states, any judgement the court decides in the future should follow the same precedent if it involves a highly politicized issue.
