Damn and I thought my local Smith’s/Kroger is expensive

Gallon of 2% milk is $2.99
Large eggs (12) is $2.39
80/20 frozen burgers (8) is $10
3 lbs of frozen chicken thighs is $10
Can of tuna/Greek yogurt/Bananas still dirt cheap
20 lbs of good Jasmine rice is $28 but I just go to Walmart and get same one for $21

They have coupons all the time too through the app so overall not dirt cheap, but could be a lot worse

The salmon fillets I buy went from £4 to £5 over night lol. No thanks jeff, 25% increase instantly. But of other stuff is extortionate too.

You can turn the AC up while you're away and then back down when you get home. Or set it to change if you have a programmable thermostat. I have my AC set for 78-80 during the work day while I work. I'm not moving around so I don't get as hot, plus I fast until 3 or so and for some reason I stay cooler while fasting. Then I have it go down to 76 around 5 and 72 overnight. Keeps my electric bill pretty low.

Barring government mandated diet and tossing the notion of replacing cattle meat with bugs, is there a legit argument against eating insects?

Lack of nutrients, subpar bioavailability, etc.?
