That high of 37 is more of a SE likelihood. Here in the West Mid we are usually spared the worst of the heat. It will still be too hot for me though.

Problem is we live in a climate that most of the year ranges from 8-18 & we seem to just jump from 18/19/ to 28/29-you don't usually get little increments to get your body used to it. If you live in the South East on the coast like I do then the humidity is insane which makes it a lot worse.
