I dunno about whether a HT will change much about your forehead, but I really don't think your current hair works well with your facial hair. Too poofy and long for your facial hair. Like try scrolling so you only see the top 2/3 of your face and then so you only see the bottom 2/3 of your face. Seems mismatched imo.
