The difference in disease severity between the two presidents is likely due to Biden being vaccinated. The inherent difference in harmfulness between Omicron and the WH virus is overstated. Not to mention Biden was probably infected with BA.5, which seems to be the most virulent Omicron lineage yet.

It is, i know a few people who described it as worse than the others that they had, and 1 girl said she was sick for 14 days and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
Maybe she isn't bb.com fit but she should have had antibodies from prior exposure.

Antibodies from previous infection now have no protection on the new BA.5 variant, publications are saying.

One study saying otherwise, while dozens say the virulence difference is large, it's best not to latch onto that one study. We know the in vitro studies have been rather useless for the most part.

What % of the US population over age 12 do you think hasn't been infected at least once? 2%? 5? 10%? Go any higher than that and you should evaluate everything you've ever posted on the topic.

As someone who’s had both delta and the version going around today(still have it)

I can say that the most recent version is far less intense than delta
Same headaches, chills, congestion, etc
But it’s far weaker now
To the point I actually drank wine, first time in my life where I’ve had chills and fever and wine sounded good

My oldest daughter got delta, it put her in bed for a couple of days
My middle child has the current version(never had delta) slight sore throat and snot, didn’t slow her down at all
