I don't get what all the joviality and excitement is about. The wedding day is the happiest day the couple will have, then it's slowly downhill from there.

I don't see what's so good about tying yourself to someone day and night until either an expensive divorce settlement or death.

Glad I'm not married. I'm stronger for it. I'm still free.

Do you not make enough to have disposable income??? Surely you do.

Have some respect for your friends/family and just elope.

No one gives a fuk that you are "marrying" someone you've already lived with for 1+ years.
so much truth. nobody gives a **** about somebody else's wedding or dumb gender reveals......

So OP what do you think your main problem is, your height or your 'uglyness'? If height then it's pretty extreme but you could consider leg lengthening, if it's 'uglyness' then you could just thugmaxx because there's a certain amount of sloots that don't care about how good looking your face is they just care about how masculine or 'thuggish' a guy is. Personally I think your biggest problem is in your head. You say you've already had a gf so you've already gotten further than ~30% of all miscers probably

Weddings do make me cringe. Most of it seems so fake. Way too expensive for one night imo. Youre paying to basically entertain everyone else and have some fairytale night which is not what marriage should be about imo.

I can see maybe gay men doing weddings, but that's it.
weddings are about the party, no one gives a chit about the contract.

its about the open bars, photos in suits and celebrating. to me thats worth the flight, hotel and cost of gift.

In on 395 post thread.

Weddings are fun as fuk dude. Other people are paying to get me fed and drunk, and I'm set up with warm opens to talk to people everywhere. That's a pretty good time.

I'm not into the woman competing for attention angle of it, I'm not in to the paying for it angle, I'm not into the "I'll die aloooone" 32yo bridesmaid angle of it, I'm just pounding margaritas and being happy.

There's plenty of time to angst about being FA, mayne, and getting wined and dined at a party isn't one of them. That's Saturday night in an empty house at 2AM chit.

I still want to know how this ended.

BBMG always blows it off quickly whenever it's brought up, "I had to move", "she wasn't hot", etc etc. But then he goes on the whole "puss is the entire meaning of life and Tom Brady could have everything else and still not be contented" thing. Then why'd you throw that relationship away? Nomsayin? You know you're not going to replace her easily at all, so why end things?

Correction, he's had two. The first, according to him, was an 8/10 blonde. He'll get a third gf eventually, but then when it ends with her he'll go right back to saying it's impossible.

I have disposable income that I use on other things. That dude was suggesting blowing 2 grand every month on a sugarbaby I can't do that.

Dude it was casual pandemic fling. We barely saw each other once a week. Y'all acting like it was the love of my life and I should have gone out of my way to do everything to maintain it.

When I moved away she didn't care at all. It was not a big deal

I didn't have 2. I think you could argue ive had none. I really had 2 flings, not a real relationship. Combined they both didn't even last half a year
