Just post the vid bro

-no patapucci pad
-must be below parallel
-can be to parallel for 90 more lbs

Got tipped mad hard on Uber last night so I don't mind giving it away.

Since it's been a while since you squatted 1048 for 3, you're out of form and I understand. Depth must be similar to the ones I'm hitting

That's me squatting last week. I posted a vid after some dyel miscer said I look like a tree stump. The vid crushed that idiotic claim of course.

So since you're out of form you're probably able to do 600 to 700. Gonna give you some leniency.

Awaiting vid

He’s clearly at least sociopathic due to his inability to ever admit he could have been wrong, if not legit mentally Ill man.

One of his number one attacks is against people actually lifting.

I highly doubt he actively lifts at all, and it was most likely a phase years ago for him. Which is why he constantly accuses people of not lifting. I would honestly be surprised if any normal miscers didn’t atleast lift a few times a week. I believe most of us are in the gym almost every day.

It’s not like his squat has never been done before. It’s not like he’s claiming 2048 or something.

A world record squat is not the ask

495 would be considered a hobby lift

For ANYONE who has even been under 550+ lbs .. you would understand the enormity of this squat. His post history, avi, and any evidence he has provided in his entirety of being on the misc shows he's probably nowhere even near 600lb at best.

oh btw ran 100m in <9 secs. just didn't film it.

What’s with you assfaces negging people for chiming in their opinion? He may very well be full of chit but the fact remains his squat has been done before.

I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because why would he come on here and say that for no reason? What benefit does he have to lie about it?

Are you two that dense or just trolling? In no world is anyone squatting 1048lbs for a clean set of three with equipment designed for use in a commercial gym. Regular bars cannot support that kind of weight before breaking/flapping up and down. No one can just squat 1000lbs. It's not something you just build your way up on a ppl/5x5/brosplit. You go in every day to train for years to hit that number, and the odds you do are astronomically low

Again, I’m not saying you’re wrong at all. I’m just saying that because it has been done before, there’s a chance he actually did it at one point.

I do think it’s weird he didn’t film or won’t post a video, because it seems like something you would want a record of.
