In Bakhmut, we have a very strong defense and a lot of engineering and concrete structures, so they can't do anything for so long. But in another week or two, Bakhmut will disappear from the world map - Only ruins will remain.

I don't even know what this means. Half the city is gone, supply cut, and infantry behind your fortification.

Without a miracle it's taken and turned red on the map unless you're claiming some kind of mass kinetic strike after its taken. I don't see Ukraine having the juice, ammo type, or range to do such.

It's not that bad yet, The Vagner Pvc and some LNR forces apparently only entered the outskirts and apparently withdrew to their previous positions three days ago


Locals in the ******** channel write that even groceries are brought in daily, the Konstantinovka - Bakhmut highway is still working and little is being shot through. Minimal ammunition for war in an urban environment is there for the long haul. Don't forget that we have mostly infantry fighting jevelins in an urban environment and don't let the minimal amount of light and heavy equipment scare you. The tactic in the Donetsk direction is mainly to sit in fortified positions and endure, engaging only mostly in street battles.


Yes, they do have a lot of artillery 7:1, but the assault infantry is woefully lacking, the reserves are inexperienced.

Wagner is not the inexperienced element. Wagner is also the assaulting element. LPR is north of the town and split between the two cities and linked other forces in Soledar. I'd expect them to reinforce and serve as reserves between the two but head mostly behind Wagner to hold ground from the eastern held part of the industrial portion of the city.

And yes. Russian sympathetic citizens will not evacuate and continue movement, making contact difficult.

You must have confused the village of Bakhmutske (on the outskirts of Soledar) with the town of Bakhmut. If so, this village will indeed be taken soon. The real battle will unfold in soledar itself among the five-story buildings and fortifications. despite the fact that the city is very small, in terms of time they will occupy it even longer than Piski or Marianka.

Everything below Seversk on the map - Bakhmut, Soledar, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, etc. - is very pro-Ukrainian population and there are fewer vatniks than on this forum. 80% already evacuated.

The bulk of Wagner have been the primary fighting force since the start by the tens of thousands. I'm not sure why diminishing statements are relevant because they simply are easily disproven. I don't like Wagner but they are a resilient and very effective fighting force. Who do you think wins the territory Russia loses?


I specifically stated the likely plan and the swelling between and around the cities, specifically the LPR sprinting between the two towards Soledar days ago. Russia can shift the fight back and forth between areas and I estimate they will but the bond between the two emplaced forces has to be broken to prevent defending attacks most effectively.

80% evacuated though I suspect more but the point is moot. They won't leave and impede.
