3.5 grams at sunrise, alone, several miles deep into the wilderness should handle that ego for 6-12 months.

There are plenty of ways to be humbled that don't involve drugs. Getting beat up, expending all your energy on a 15-20 mile hike/run, traveling, and seeing how sh!tty the world is outside the US works too. (Ded fkn Srs)

You absolutely don't need drugs to get the state OP is describing, but it is the truth of life, glad you made it OP (srs)

enough suffering will induce this mindset in everyone eventually

lol brah i don't know ****. it's a work in progress, but I feel like life's actually happening now. which sounds small but it's pretty big compared to the state I was in for the past 5 years. it's made so much harder though living around people that kill your vibe (family), and it's expensive to buy where I live at the moment and my depression has been literally kicking me in the nuts making it much harder to 'come up' with a scheme to live the life I want. financial independence. but I feel like this is going to happen soon

it's scary as **** because you have no reference point, you don't recognise yourself and you feel like you're losing everything and everything is slipping. but in reality you're gaining everything and you've just got to trust to process (as lame and hippy as it sounds)

OP is describing the essence of spirituality. Some people will get it, most people won't. You won't be able to experience enlightenment until you consciously decide that you have experienced enough suffering in life, and then you begin to shift your attention from mind to being. Eventually you come to the same realization that OP is telling us about ITT. There's all sorts of other spiritual beliefs I could spout off (which come from that "englightened" state) to try and explain it, but you either get it or you don't I think (srs)

I've only had one good trip btw where I felt anything like this sort of enlightenment, almost all of my spiritual work has been done sober, and I really don't think there's a difference whether you discover these universal truths through mushrooms or meditation, its all the same

lol I dunno brah, maybe, kinda. I learnt how to grow my own **** over first lockdown when i heard about physiological benefits. definitely did too much at first and it definitely '****ed me up' for awhile which is pretty ****ing scary but I it's cool now. I think. It didn't suddenly solve everything though btw it just showed me the path.

This. On long runs all them demons get purged out. Once I hit that 15 min mark the Runners High sets in, and an hour of pavement therapy the demons are purged. I got my self up to half marathons running the perimeter of the airfield at Fort Bragg. About two laps and maybe a mile out and then back. I got to about 6.34 a little bit under a quarter a few weeks ago. Been doing fast-paced stuff prior to my workouts, 10 min @ 7 min pace and last min and half at 6 min pace

i been in that same spot as you bro. Just a few months ago. I reconnected with my spiritual side and that Man up High delivered me and broke the chains that bound me. Did you go shrooming or the tabberinos? I found tabberinos connect me closer to Him as well. Lot of folks don't realize we are spiritual creatures, that is what sets us apart from the animals, we can choose to be Good, to manifest good in this world, or we can choose to be negative, and manifest negativity in the world.

Cheers to you OP

the joyful song of a bird is its expression of itself. If you tell the bird not to feel that self then how can it enjoy itself? Vilification of the self to run from pain is bizarre. The pain and fear are just precursors to orgasm. Swim into that riptide to survive, but don't forget the self. If you do, others can take advantage and impose themselves over you and you will see their pain as your pain, and their joy as your own. Then you are a slave to them and you'll make decisions to please others. That's a sickness. Never forget the self. Never hurt yourself. Never ever try to kill the self while alive. I can't understand how you think that killing yourself while alive is some kind of win.

It is, dude. It don't make sense. But I don't think it's supposed to make sense. We can't wrap our minds around the why, or the how, but we have to cherish it, and enjoy the process, to ride the waves

I used to find enlightenment years ago through yoga and trips, but recently I had overcome it with a sober mind with my nose between the Good Book. And then it made me realize that all those Good times, that He had been there with me the entire time, holding my hand along the way, along His path. When I would trip and the little birdie in my head telling me "I need to take better care of my self, I only have ONE body in this life!"

This is the kinda stuff I live for, fellas, this kinda thread. reliving those memories as we speak, and hearing your guys experience with it, it's like old friends recounting a distant memory of time well spent. God Bless you all

My experience in the Self is that it is liken to an onion over the years of our life. We carry the burden and baggage of the world we live in, harboring anger, resentment, jealousy, shame, negativity and sadness if we let it . Breaking the ego, breaking the self from time to time is liken to peeling back the bad layers of an onion to reveal the exposed bits that are Good for consumption. Those layers will grow back, to be healthy and vibrant again, where we can start over new, to implement Goodness into our lives, doing Good for others, so that all parts of the onion are whole, and fresh, and healthy, moving forward. "ego death" is simply the term that is associated with the disassociation of the mind and body, realizing that our conscious and our thoughts are separate from our physical being. It means to say, nothing else matters in this world except right now.

I guess God was taking a **** when worms were eating my brain as an infant and I was chitting through my vagina after violent rape at the ashram. I mean if that was a test, I fukking failed it. If I meet god, First, I'm going to pop a ball in his mouth and then he's going to get the ass fukkin of his life. So maybe that's why he's gone NC

that's really unfortunate, and I am sorry for you that you carry that baggage with ya. I am also sorry for you that you are in this thread of positive vibrations and are trying to bring everyone down. You can find Peace, but you have to choose it for your self, and that means letting these things you carry in your life go. You might find taking meditation classes, or yoga, or any number of positive spiritual journeys will open your spiritual eyes such that you will see you do not need your Ego. Rather, your Ego needs you!

be careful what you manifest and project out into this world Brother, be it positive or negative, it will return to you in multipliers. I don't blame you for it though, but the spirits within you that are pulling you down, wanting you to suffer, wanting you to make others suffer just as you are. You can find Peace, but you have to choose it!

20 years ago, I went on a trip. Zoomies gave me a sort of spiritual awakening, and I came out the other side a different man.

Got my lazy arse $hit together afterwards, and went from being a depressed guy who only lifted, played vids and worked a low paying $hit job at night... To the man I am today.

A slighlty less depressed guy who barely lifts, plays vids and works a higher paying $hit job at night.

Great success!

Never done drugs, don't know those feels.

I prefer to assess my life and find light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how many directions I need to turn. Biching about some fake problem u created in ur mind and crying about it all ur life on how underprivileged you are is dumb beta chit. Only exception is 3rd world communist countries. If you live in America, or any other similar country, and have this beta bich mindset, you are a loser.

I'm quoting myself here, but to be fair, everything works out and we all gonna make it.

Along the way, I managed to procure a house or two, a thin/fit wife and beautiful kids, new vehicles for the wife while I drive the leftovers and umm... a garage full of cool a$$ tools to look at while I drink beer.

I still miss the carefree days of being a lazy a$$ and playing vids with the majority of my downtime. Ah well. Life is good and what you make it boyos.

I also realized friends are overrated. You don't need other people when you can simply quote yourself and have an uninterrupted, one-sided conversation with another intelligent human being, who is on your intellectual level. Yourself.

We all gonna make it, brahs. Now where did I put my meds?

so why try to drag people down with you if your life is so great, brother?

your vain attempts at lashing out, trying to tear down your fellow man as opposed to lift him up, that speaks more about what's inside of YOU at this moment than it does of us . That tells me you still have a long way to go brother. I wash my hands clean of your negative energy, and wish you the best. I know you can find the Peace and Goodness in your heart, because I did.

p.s. if you consume caffeine or alcohol, or ibuprofen or any number of substances that alter your psychoactive state, it is more liken to drugs than something that naturally grows in the wild. You might want to look into your Self as to why you choose judgement and condemnation of your fellow man, over praise and spreading the Goodness that's in your heart, albeit buried under a lot of Bad layers

Happy for you. If ur going to do psychedel1cs, this should be the way to use it. Not doing it just to cope while the solution is right in front of you.
