Who charges their phone in the bathroom? What kind of a home invader allows the home owner to go poopy so he can grab his bathroom phone. Bro....c'mon now! Did you ever post a pic of the broken door glass laying on the inside floor or is it still on the outside step? **** this story makes me laugh. I just can't square it up no matter how hard I try...

Prosecutor just made a statement. Still doesn’t make sense. DePepe allowed him to go to the bathroom, Paul goes in, calls 911, then instead of locking himself in, he comes back out? Police were only 2 mins away.

Something is still fishy.

It seems like the police dept should have learned enough by now to come out with a lot more of the story. Have they said anything since that initial super short statement in the beginning?

Something else to consider that absolutely nobody is talking about. The police charged this dude with elder abuse. That is a strange thing to charge him with considering

Elder abuse is "a single, or repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust, which causes harm or distress to an older person."

What is Elder Abuse? Elder abuse is an intentional act or failure to act that causes or creates a risk of harm to an older adult. An older adult is someone age 60 or older. The abuse occurs at the hands of a caregiver or a person the elder trusts.

Any of you morons who believe the official story care to elaborate on why exactly a home invader would have 'an expectation of trust' with Pelosi? Good luck explaining that one.

Pelosi clearly knew this guy based on that fact alone.

That is not a charge you get hit with if you don't know the person. It also explicitly states that break ins are not included in this.

Something missing here. She never said where he got his cell phone all of a sudden? Does he charge it next to the toilet? I dunno, an 82 yr old man all alone in the house you would think he might keep his phone in his bedroom at night like a normal person but hey...it's San Francisco I guess.

Our master bathroom is expansive, and I'm poor compared to them. We have a flat screen, Apple TV, and other stuff in there. We charge phones and other stuff in there. The key is to have the crapper in its own room within the bathroom.

Not those looking for money. Crazies looking to break the kneecaps of a spouse? Who knows... might be willing to let an 82yo use the john after waking him up from sleeping. Doubtful he comes out of the bathroom with a Glock, but he should have gone in with him. Maybe he did.

Anyone can look up California law, you don't have to be a trusted acquaintance or caregiver to be charged.

From the FBI affidavit: nearby neighbor has private security, but the house and husband of the 3rd most powerful person in the world doesn't have any kind of security.

Did you even read it there champ? Because it states that elder abuse is almost always a family member or caregiver. The other examples are financial abuse in which someone swindles them. Again, not a charge reserved for a home invasion.

LOL Just stop before you bury yourself completely with this chit.

I posted the law. Someone else quoted the law in the thread you made thinking you were on to something big.

Damn, you're dumb. A crime being committed "almost always" by a certain group doesn't mean other people are not charged with the same crime. Read that actual law instead of a summary on a law firm's website.

"A person who knows or reasonably should know that a person is an elder and who willfully causes or permits any elder to suffer, or inflicts thereon unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering is punishable..."

"A person who commits the false imprisonment of an elder by the use of violence, menace, fraud, or deceit is punishable by imprisonment pursuant..."

The mayor of Chicago has a cop car in front, and one in the back, and sometimes even more than that.

Pelosi has no security detail? No security alarm?

This is the really odd part for me. You can’t tell me there wasn’t plenty of security measures around that house. Yet some crazy person was able to forego all security measures and just waltzed in. Not to mention the photo of the glass broken form the inside out. If the nut job spent all that time trying to get in why would he try to break out?

Literally trying to gaslight people with a law that anyone can read, and like all modern laws, very easy to understand - idiot-proof, if you will, but apparently not Trumper-proof.

It's fantastic watching deranged extremist CT fall apart once again. Hopefully this "random" incident will remind the non-radical, regular folks how dangerous those who support Trump can be, and how dangerous the continuous lies from Trump cultist are.

Scary how easily the weak minds of conservative extremist can be manipulated. This thread is a perfect example.

MAGA indicates a person fully immersed in worship of Trump. The stupid hat, attending rallies, having tons of SM posts about Trump, likely a racist.

This dude just happened to buy into the stolen election and covid CT. Those are traits of MAGA obviously but they don't by themselves make someone MAGA.

You're welcome for the lesson.

Scary how easily the weak minds of conservative extremist can be manipulated. This thread is a perfect example.
