PPR…I have 4 RBs to play across two slots and my flex. Stephenson and Etienne are must starts. My question is between Swift and Lenny.

Lenny playing tonight but TB is a dumpster fire. Swift is coming off injury, no guarantee he plays or has a full workload if he does.

I’d wait on swift status if they both played Sunday. If I sit Lenny then swift doesn’t go I’m stuck rolling out rondale moore or Curtis Samuel at flex which I’d rather not have to do

That's a tough one. Swift is practicing in full this week, so heshouldbe back, and since Jamaal fumbled away the game last week, I'd expect Swift to play a full workload if he's playing. This might also depend on how you view the matchup. If you're heavily favored and still should win easily with Lenny instead of Swift, maybe you can play him and not take the risk with Swift. If the matchup is close or you are the underdog, I'd definitely wait on Swift and take a little risk to maximize your score.

swift isn't even listed with a Q tag anymore and practiced in full. i would count on him.

TBH my question becomes Stevenson vs Leonard. before last week Fournette was having a solid enough season. does damien harris play more as he gets healthier? Jets are middle of the road vs the run. this is all a good problem to have.

Stephenson gets all the passing downs..seems like a can’t miss even as they work in Harris doesn’t it?

The concern is only Belichick's irrational RB usage over the last 20 years. You never know when he's going to get a Jonas Gray impulse and randomly give the ball to Pierre Strong 40 times or something. I'm keeping Stevenson in my lineup for now, though. He's been really good and is clearly the best of their backs.

I think Fournette is still a must start. I know TB has been a dumpster fire but I also can't imagine that lasts forever either. Fournette is just way too involved in that teams offensive scheme to sit him ever.

I'm aware last week was a very bad week for him but it's a mistake to overreact to it.

Edit:

FYI between those 4 RBs I don't think there's a bad option there so I wouldn't put a ton of pressure on getting the top 3 right out of the group. They're probably all going to put up a good line on most weeks. So even if you play the one who ends up the worst, it's still probably going to be pretty good is what I mean.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This question is like a good problem to have because Etienne & Stevenson are both must-starts and so is Swift when he is 100% healthy.

On spread with you from this sub.

Appreciate everyone taking the time to reply. I try not to chime in too much here because my FF instincts suck. If you don’t have it recommended downloading the fantasy life app, the updates are fantastic

Need advice before tonight

Chuba Hubbard is yet to practice and there's rumblings Foreman could have an increased in opportunities. Not sure if it's accurate because Carolina also said Hubbard could have gone back in the game he left at the end last week if really needed.

So..

Start Gus Edwards tonight or flip him out for Foreman? League is 0.5 PPR. And if it matters, I'm also starting DJ Moore who I expect them to target a lot to exploit the Falcons sh*tty secondary.

I do have the fantasy life app. Can confirm it's awesome for getting everything immediately.

I like Edwards over Foreman, but that is just a hunch. They're pretty close.

Yeah I do too. But if Hubbard ends up out Foreman could get like McCaffrey level touches against the Falcons of all teams.

I really think I will roll with Edwards. There's just not enough clarity on Hubbard right now.

No. Foreman isn't McCaffrey, even if he has the same role (and PJ Walker is less likely to dump a ball off instead of just running himself).

not feeling Gus tonight. I think Tampa wakes up. I'd go Foreman. We were just talking about this before last week's games but I'm a bit of a Foreman fan.

Tampa waking up is another reason why I'd have Fournette in my lineup in the situation a few posts up. I just don't think Tampa's going down the toilet this year. They'll figure it out soon; maybe even tonight.

yep. changes my season. then within a couple hours i watch mark andrews walk off the field. last week lost mike williams

now starting darnell mooney and pickens. seemed like days ago (it was) that the other managers were hollering at me for building a super team.

My best team lost Breece, Mike Will, and Chase all in like 4 days. fkn brootal

If the rumors are true, sounds like initial hip specialist said it's season ending and they're talking to others hoping they can get him back this season.

I have Chase on my money league team that starts 3 WRs, but fortunately, I drafted D-Hop on that team, so I have a WR1 to plug in for him, now starting D-Hop, Kirk, and Gabe Davis, which I'm fine with, especially if Chase is able to come back for the fantasy playoffs.

The team that I have that is in the most injury trouble is the one I posted last week that won with the all replacement lineup in my friends league. Lost Javonte early, then Akers, now M-Will, and just last night Gus limped off at the end. I'm the luckiest 6-1 team ever in that league (alone in 1st, but with 5th highest scoring team and by far lowest PA, LOL), so I might be able to weather the storm if Williams and Gus come back eventually.

as a Mike Williams guy i'm grabbing Palmer on the Chargers for the next few weeks. I'm completely screwed at receiver + Ekeler himself insinuated Palmer is the next man up. Bigger dude (not as big as Williams but) and will likely fill the role for now. There was some talk around DeAndre Carter being 'the guy' to pick up but he's 5'8 and more of a backup to Keenan. At least....that's how I'm reading the room here.

LY Herbert really stepped up in the second half after their bye week. Hopefully that's the case here. Keenan will be healthy (for now) and you probably get Mike Williams back in November.

Glad to get one more usable week out of Eno, and hopefully Pacheco will be a workhorse coming out of KC's bye to solidify my RB's in the league that I'm suffering the most.

I really wish my team hadn't been fortunate enough to win 5 weeks up to this point. It's so garbage and it's not going to fix itself. Waiting until I can stop caring about it instead of hoping every week something will change. DJ Moore is now trash again for no reason against a terrible (and injured) Falcons secondary. Diontae Johnson still can't do sh*t. Baltimore decided they didn't want to run the ball the entire first half limited Edwards, who then gets hurt... lmao. Dalvin Cook is allergic to the end zone this season, although in fairness he was last year too but I figured that couldn't possibly continue. Alexander Mattison seems to have no problem though.

WTF? Just end it already, smh. Jalen Hurts deserves to be on a better fantasy team in my league.

Craziest part is my team might win again lmao. It for sure would be winning had I played Foreman over Edwards. But god this team is trash. So sick of checking to see the guys I put in playing mediocre.

Edit:

Cook finally got a TD today. So maybe I just need to bitch about all of them.

Edit 2:

Yea bitching is the way to go. DJ Moore miracle 60 yard TD catch lol
