I believe he's natty, he hasn't gained any size in years. His physique is nothing special, and lmao at the 6% bodyfat claims. At this stage with all the influencers on gear looking 10 times better than he ever has, nobody even cares about his content anymore. A forgotten remnant of the past, not even 1 million subscribers, even though he was one of the OG fitness influencers. SAD!

The dexa scans say he's 6%. And I think he did the skin caliper tests as well.

That could be. I never really saw him back then. There's only so much info you can give about lifting. After a while these guys end up just repeating the same stuff over and over.
