Pretty clear cut, and not at all surprising.

The only thing that is surprising is that people still think there are natties in the bodybuilding industry in 2022.

There is no such thing as natural bodybuilding, and there hasn't been since the 1950s, and possibly 40s.

Even "natural" bodybuilding show competitors are juiced to the gills. Not all of them, but the winners? Definitely brah.

My rule of thumb is, if their career is centered around fitness and they're a model or selling a product (supplements/workout routine...hell even apparel)with their shirt off, and they look ridiculously shredded year round, they're not natty. Its no fault of their own though, you can't survive in the fitness industry "natty" especially as an influencer, not only because its so competitive, but because your fanbase wants to see quick monthly consistent gains which is not possible unless you're, like, 15 years old in the middle of puberty or.....you're on PED's/HRT.

I have no idea why people who make their fame off claiming "natty" would ever put something in writing to contradict that. You never put something in writing that can bite you in the ass. Mike O'Hearn is 50+ and still zero proof he uses gear (obviously he does) He knows how to keep a secret.
