At 32 it feels like routine of sleep, diet, exercise and sun exposure is key

Natural (srs).

Staples:

red meat, eggs, egg white, tuna, salmon, whey, chicken

rice, rice cakes, potatoes, oats, berries, banana

whole milk, olive oil, butter, ghee

Only organic, grassfed, gluten free, non-gmo foods as well. Yeah, we keep snacks, but they all fit that criteria.

Lifting - 5x a week, intense. 10 rep minimum. pushing to failure on -most- exercises

Sleep - ~10:30pm - 730am. No alarm clocks, just wake up naturally.

I'm 5'10 floating around 175lbs. Since itll come up...why would I claim natural if i'm not? I offer 0 coaching, 0 diet plans, 0 ways to profit from any of you. I want to guys to see my natural progress and the lifestyle I live, thats all. I used to hear a ton of guys saying how after 25 its over, then once you hit 30 its over etc...

Old style gay as fk misc pics below. shopped on undies cause i be taking nudes

Spoiler!

Cutting out alcohol, or at the very least drinking very less helps too.

Eliminating stress too.

perfect timing, right when the sun is down for most of the day where I'm at.

Either way I definitely agree. The older I get, the greater the "aesthetic" distance I notice from my peers, just by not being a fat ass.

I wish I had the ability to sleep like you can though. I'll be lucky if I get 6 hours

I've never been a fan of alcohol but I have a few friends who drink consistently and eat fast food and they're each over 20% bf and all used to be in shape. The typical "peak at high school" sort of chit.

In what world would this make sense? There are so many benefits from regular sun exposure. I get early morning sun and afternoon sun every single day (unless it rains).

Tretinoin crew. This also offsets any photoaging i'd see from the sun exposure i've mentioned.

Do you wake up during the night or is it just difficult to fall asleep? I've always gotten early AM sun because i take the dogs out and play with them while i drink my shake. This might help you out some

Yes. Agree 100%. This is something I have optimized much more the past two years. My only issue has been not lifting the past year but that was for some nerve issues and I have a very active job where I am on my feet all day as well as moving and lifting all day.

I live a very similar lifestyle. I don't have bloods to showcase it, but I can guarantee my test levels are through the roof naturally. Guys my age at 31 talk about taking pills for sex sometimes, low test symptoms, etc. I've never taken any of that and wake up daily with raging morning wood.

The biggest things I think have made it even better for me is my diet. Making it 85% based on basically what you have posted in your OP and making sure it is high quality, drinking only mineral water (natural water with trace minerals) instead of anything from the tap or plastic bottles, and living a much more natural based has increased every aspect of my life. Inflammation is down, my mind works even better, less aches and pains in general, high energy, etc.

I realized around 28 when I got H. Pylori that I need to start taking life seriously when it comes to health. I always assumed I'd get over everything quickly, be basically invincible, and never have issues others did because I was young and in shape and lifted a lot.

I'm playing the long game and I'll sure as fuk be a mustang until the day I day and not a pathetic wreck of an obese broken body like most boomers nowadays.

When I was young I used to think stress-mediating activities like yoga/meditation/venting to friends was cope and for the weak. But now I'm learning in genetics that these types of stress reducing activities can actually slow aging. Has to do with the whole phenomenon of telomere shortening.

Poor lifestyle choices and chronic stress reduces them, apparently. Leading to faster aging.

I never had boner issues but I took a cialis one time before I spent the weekend with this chick and it was just a sex marathon the whole time. I had a boner for like 72 hours lol.

Coulda done without the junk shot but I agree. Miss me with the organic **** though. I’m 33 and eat similar to your staples and workout about as much. My sleep isn’t as good and I’m learning how crucial that is.

I’m in the best shape of my life. Far and away. And I started out as an obese legit 240 at 5’9 until like mid 20’s

Biggest regrets are not taking these seriously sooner. Still everyone thinks I’m mid to late 20’s now so I’ll take it.

Great thread. I'd add consideration of caloric restriction into your routine. It's definitive now in rats and mice that reducing caloric intake(in intake and frequency, most studies do 30% less than average intake) extends their lifespans, most likely due to eating causing oxidative stress and inflammation.

In your 30's you will experience your body gradually aging and your metabolism slowing so be mindful about that.

Keep stress under control, keep exercising to maintain your cognitive mind.

Speaking of water... past 6 months or so i've been adding salt to my water and preworkout and its helped tremendously. 1-1.5 servings of salt in pre... try it, sick pumps srs. Wish i could give advice on stress, but i experience none. Maybe its due to lifestyle.
