Not gunna lie I bought one of those newer tuscons for a girl I was with back a couple years and it was a pretty nice ride. Had the full glass top, nice rims, and was like 10k cheaper than a Ford explorer. Plus has that crazy warranty.

Man was I dumb though. Glad it was just a Kia. If I bought the kunt a BMW I'd really feel dumb. Didn't lose too much when we split and I had to sell that bitch to carmax.

The new grill is aite. Again its the whole "we gotta chase a new market" bs that was fed to them by advisors. But the whole car just looks rediculous from how long they made it and how unreserved it is.

Not Mercedes fault your family is low IQ rice bro. But good stick to your poverty rice brands, people like you driving euro cars would devalue the brand anyway.

Plenty of times. 300/mo note is a lot cheaper than hookers. And the car is in my name so it's not like I can't sell it when they act up.

Trading a car note for ass is pretty common and I'm sure that's what puts a lot of these chitty Korean cars on the road. I'd never buy one for myself. It's guys buying hoes cars.

Good for you bro. I'd rather not bang the heifers that work in the human resources dept. That's for the brokies..

Let a nice girl stay at your place, get her a car, you'll get some enthusiastic sex. At least for a while.

I remain neutral for most things, except for expensive cars. I mean if females are selling ass to Kev for KIA K5s, I can only imagine what they are doing for 2022 BMW 3 series.

ITT a bunch of replies from limp dicks who watched Top Gear once and think they know a lot about cars, but have never worked on one in their life.

Have you ever noticed how you see a lot of really new (this years model and a few years ago) Kia's and Hyundai's but not many older one's?

Notice that Kia/Hyundia has been selling new cars like hotcakes for the past 10-15 years?

But where are they? Where are all the 2012's and older? Even 2015's. Where they at?

Ever notice how many older Nissans, Toyota's, Honda's you see? What does that tell you?

From first hand experience, some things do start falling apart on Hyundai's when they reach a certain age.
But honestly, it's just as much the culture of disposability that's to blame.
People dont bother fixing things that wont cost much more than $20 in parts.

The Gen Z ****ggets I work with for example. Think they're car enthusiasts but wont lift a finger to fix anything themself.

They had good chip access during C19 years. Kept pumping out new cars at low prices when most other dealers had a wait list. Quality has improved as well.

It's because there isn't really an aftermarket for them. The chitbox tuner community isn't into them and no regular person wants to be caught dead driving a 10yo Hyundai.

Nah, it doesn't jut apply to hyundia. Other cars you don't see on the road (due to how chitty they were) are the 90's Pontiacs and Mitsubishi's

Don't get me wrong. they look great. I test drove the Veloster N and the Kia Stinger (now discontinued, lol) and they were both great cars in terms of looks and how they handled, but their reputation precedes them. Its going to take another 15-20 years of consistently good cars for me to ever even consider one. A car is too much of a commitment to buy just because it "looks cool"

The only people that buy Kia/Hyundia....and even Audi/VW to a lesser extent fall into three camps;

-They're poor and they have absolutely no choice than the buy the car used (as its the cheapest thing on the lot), and they're desperate for at least a temporary mode of transportation.
-They had no father to tell them not to buy such a chitty brand.
-They know the car is chit but they have so much disposable income that they don't care if the engine explodes at 32kmiles. They just like the car because its "cute/cool"

I don't think they really started turning heads until the last 6-7 years or so. This is anectodal but I sell insurance and notice people's habits with brand loyalty. You also have people who trade their cars in every 2-4 years and we definitely have our share of Kia and Hyundai people.
