DrewDarden warned me...

He said chocolate covered cashews were amazing...so I made some chocolate and cashew bark. This stuff is no joke so good!

Are you one of those people that once they discover something, it’s all they can do for the next few weeks, then they get bored, then jump head first into something else for a few weeks? Like addiction/devotion/0-to-60 then once it’s done, never again.

No the holidays are here and I've never made any type of bark. I've been making different kinds to test for fun!

Done with baking...next week I have to make my meat pie LOL...

Nope that's it...these barks are super easy. Melt your chips and mix in whatever you want, chill in the freezer and you're done.

When it comes to chocolate combined with nuts, I generally prefer almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts, but I would try this for sure. It looks tasty.

Oh lawd. Fits the time of year. Wife has lots of English in her genes so she's already planning making those minced pies for xmas. Gonna have to wear sweatpants into January. No damage done, though. Cut already planned for end of Feb, as I do every year. It's a nice cycle.

Pretty hard. But it's all good, I can handle it. In the Caribbean we have the carnival festival coming in a couple months so lots of people end up cutting around this time lol
