how did neil degrasse tyson get a PhD?

brah barely even talks about the technical aspect of physics whenever i watch him. also he shows signs of autism/aspergers whenever hes talking with someone. he interrupts and is generally a rude ****ggot to anyone who hosts him.

It was an honorary PhD that was gifted after he became the popular Black Science Man. He was kicked out from his grad program with just a Masters (srs look it up)
By his own account, he did not spend as much time in the research lab as he should have. His professors encouraged him to consider alternative careers and the committee for his doctoral dissertation was dissolved, ending his pursuit of a doctorate from the University of Texas.[20]

It's not hard to get a PHD if your IQ is above 110 and you have lots of time/money. The trouble is most PHDs are useless and have no application in the real world, many are just recycled old literature expressed in a different way. Neil did the following PHD thesis:

This is not exactly a difficult thesis and he didn't really conclude anything. Now this c*nt is lecturing us on vaccines, etc. Honk honk.

Yea getting a PhD for the most part is for extremely agreeable people. There's a reason they force you to do so many years and accrue so much debt that you must believe what they tell you. Imagine having your PhD and knowing the dangers of the vaccine rolling out but you have to keep your mouth shut so you don't get blackballed in the industry you spent 8-10 years of your life slaving for and have tons of debt to pay off still. You're stuck and used like a pawn. Same with doctors. They just bribe you with money and status so you keep pushing big pharma and lies for bonuses and more money to pay off debt and live your ideal richie lifestyle.

His work in astronomy is really fun to listen to. When he gets into healthcare and politics, I just turn it off. That’s not his lane, and it’s grifting off of his fame and reputation. Plenty of his medical predictions were totally off, and I really believe that scientists have an ethical duty to avoid political discussion whenever possible.
