If you are not using Cialis in 2023 it is over for you

Conclusions: Daily tadalafil improved lean mass content in non-obese men probably via enhanced insulin secretion, estradiol reduction, and improvement of endothelial function in vivo. The in vitro increased myogenin and androgen receptor protein expression in skeletal muscle cells suggests a translational action of phosphodiesterase type-5 on this receptor.

Doesn't work that way brah. You don't just end up with a hard cawk for no reason lol, tt doesn't make you horny it just increases blood flow. What CAN happen however and this is really gay - You'll be sitting on the toilet taking a chit and maybe you gotta push a little bit harder, next thing you know you've got a hard on and all you really wanna do is chit but your dink is rubbing off the toilet bowl which is v distracting and uncomfortable. If this happens at work you gotta hang out in the bathroom for an additional 10 minutes because you can't just walk into the office with a massive dink on display.

Not surprising given how boner drugs originated.

Have used Cialis on a couple of weekends away with the lady, have not considered bonermaxxing but it's definitely become a hell of a lot more common, most of my friends have used it and a couple use it fairly regularly

Yeah, I have the 5mg script. I also have liquid from peptide sites I use for Sexytime periodically. I'm not touching Flomax again.

i take tadalafil and its great. the only bad thing is the morning woods are too fkn strong. I used to like to sleep on my stomach but those days are over unless I cut out a hole in my mattress SRS. and now I randomly wake up in the middle of the night with a hardon, which makes it hard to pee.

I've been taking it for a while for pumps in the gym. It can also lower blood pressure to offset any other gear you take. I get it from GoodRX. Takes 15 minutes and they call in your script

I have no erection problems, so I couldn't tell you if its much different, but it does a lot of great things for a serious lifter
