There was a girl taking forever on a machine I was waiting for and I asked nicely how many sets she has left. She said 1 or 2, and I said no worries, take your time. She then finishes and sets up the machine exactly how I wanted it for my workout and changes the weight for me. While it's important to be aware of female behavior, they aren't evil lol.

I just don't go to a gym anymore. I switched gyms because my old gym was boomer central and they had mask mandates, temp checks, etc so couldn't go in. Then I went to one by my place and it was zoomer central. A bunch of younger guys owned it somehow (think their dads helped them out) and after hours it turned into like an Anytime fitness key fob entrance.

As soon as they left the ******* HS school kids would run to the door and let all their friends in for free and it ruined the place. Taking their shirts off flexing in the middle of the gym, chicks dressed like the on in the OP, kids sitting and talking more than lifting, taking videos/pictures the whole time, FACETIMING the entire time as they work out and basically yelling into their phone like they're a streamer.

Gym culture is ruined. I'll never go to a gym again unless it's like an old school or underground type gym.

There was a guy not that far away stretching. Who knows who else was around, but if they were far seems like she would have called out louder. Nobody will probably look at her to even be signaled. Also look how close that girl had to get to her to help her re-rack. Imagine her filing a sexual assault charge after helping her, saying he didn't need to get that close.

Women should be pissed at the TikTok clout chasers for ruining it for everybody.

Why couldn’t she just push the weight back and let it fall behind her? Never used a SSB myself but it seems like it would be similar to ditching a normal squat.

I hate that it has become trendy for women to lift. I wish we could go back to the old days when it was just big, strong, sweaty men lifting together and no one would try to put someone on blast for mirin their big sweaty muscles. Just a bunch of straight men lifting weights and taking showers together. Fuark I miss those days.
