Easiest way to avoid US draft? (srs)

Let’s say someone is under 35 and has plenty of cash to wait things out. Where/how would be easiest to relocate for a few years? Can you just fly somewhere in SE Asia and hope for the best or what? How did people do it for Vietnam?
