Being lean is better as long as you're close to 200lbs

Probably. I'm aiming more for lean now, and am finally ready to accept that it will require weighing less than I would have liked (ie "lol @ weighing under 200lbs and calling yourself a man"). It's easy to get a mental hangup about not wanting to weigh less than x lbs. because you feel like that's "twink" or whatever.
At any rate, time to drop that shyt and go to a more balanced approach. Also, weighing less is obviously better for your overall health too so that's a major perk.

It depends how you carry it.
A flat belly allows you to carry weight and still look good
But as soon as spring hits, i agree lean is the way to go.
Do a mirror check every morning.

I’m 191 now and feeling better already, cut back on my test too.

The food comas and constantly feeling tired are no good either. Though I have to wonder how much both of these things may have to do with winter. I'm in hibernation mode regardless of whatever else is going on when it's the cold dark months.
Bloatmaxxing is the only way to make natty gains though unless you're some sort of mutant or taking celltech.

Also you're bodyfat levels should probably not exceed 12% because otherwise you just look fat.

It took blood sweat and tears to reach 16.5 inch lean arms. Some mf'ers reach that effortlessly in a few months

I just started a Nor PH a couple days ago. First go at it and the effects are ok. MAYBE a slight increase in energy/pump/muscular endurance. Minimally adverse. But, it's not as good as I thought it would be. From what I've observed, no where near as good as the DS of the early 2010s (which are basically a thing of the past). I'll have to give it more time to gauge the effectiveness. I'd recommend doing "what works" instead of fumbling with this kind of supp.
Nonetheless, that first workout after the first dose wasone heck of a placebo plus some possible effectiveness. Figured I'd tell you brah

You talk about having a crippling case of alcoholism though. Surely still being strong and lean despite that handicap means great genetics?
