Picked up a winter beater, already did most of the maintenance stuff, not my first choice but a family friend insisted, stole it. I actually like the way it handles it's 5000lbs since I'm a car guy. Did the muffler bypass mod, it sounds great.

Me caveman, put round things on bar, lift, pound chest.

BRB finally retired my old iPad 4th gen that I've been using at our band's gigs for playing music on the PA between sets. Apple stopped updating it at iOS 10 and basically no apps work anymore since the OS is so old. Its slow as piss too even after wiping it.

Not even mad though. Got it for the wife 12 years ago for Christmas and it's been flawless. I think she still may keep it to use in the kitchen for looking up recipes and stuff instead of her laptop.

Grabbed a new 6th gen Mini for $100 off brand new.

Also got a mic stand holder for it to use for the set list and to pull up lyrics if we get a song request. I've tried using my phone for that and the screen is too small to look down at from up at the mic when singing.

Also got an adapter bracket for my DJI controller. A buddy of mine uses an android tablet instead of his phone for drone flying and it's way better with the bigger screen.

Mine still needs a lot of setup but being able to do work on and wash your car inside a heated garage with drains is a legit game changer especially in a winter climate

There are houses in my area with even better garages, like 2-3 cars + you can park an entire RV inside

I am figuring Bixby out a bit. It'll answer calls for me and text the person to call me back, ask what they want, and I can see them typing back in real-time.

Bixby can also read any document and convert it to text for you. I was imagining how useful that would have been in college. Typed or hand written, doesn't matter.

Right now, based on past usage, I'm right at 24hrs for battery life. And they expanded the power saving mode so you can use more apps, I noticed. It estimates almost 4 days on power saving mode.

Porsche Cayenne?

I've been considering one as an alternative to a 4runner. I see them posted all the time under $5K near me. Just not sure how maintenance would be.

Yep and my broski in law is already showing me offroading chit for it.

There is a reason some are cheap, if not taken care of oil change wise you'll hear slight knocking once it warms up, that's piston slap from cylinder scoring = new engine.

Most don't know how capable these are

If you read the instructions there is a part about laundry. My clothes come out the dryer smelling fresh af. The color doesn't fade either.

My old MSI laptop would run hot and loud playing Age of Empires 2... fans weren't even audible on this new one playing. :P

Seems like from what I found online it's one of the more popular choices. I've been out of the PC game for years now and don't know **** honestly. I'd love a desktop but just wouldn't really work in my current home and a couple midgets running around and taking up spare bedrooms. I was thankful there isn't any bloatware apart from McAfee that I uninstalled first thing. Still getting the hang of being back on a PC.

Porsche really over engineered these when they came out. They were beasts.

My mother had a 2004 S model that she kept for 9 years without one issue. She did have it maintained at the dealership though

I know you weren't. And tbh I didn't even know they made them anymore until I saw one in the gym parking lot a month ago and was impressed. I just remember them as being cars the Asian kids drove in the 80s and 90s. I had never seen the newer ones before the one at the gym and have only seen one since besides mine. And it was yellow.
