That or the mortgage brokers who got Cs and Ds all through school, couldn't do anything else, and essentially became the used car salesmen of financial services. Trying to flex with their Invicta watches and leased BMWs.

Definitely lawyers. Outside of folks who went to elite law schools, you're probably a scrub making sub-six figures with super-six figure debt as a lawcel. And even BigLaw attorneys are just the bitch that puts boilerplate risk management on deals at 1 AM after the Bankers finalize the most important piece (valuation).

Lawyers are gigantic cucks, which is why the best job you can get out of HLS is investment banker or strategy consultant, not Cravath lol.

Nurses who virtue signal that they are caring for the worlds sick when in reality their first chosen career failed and they went to nursing school as a last resort because they were promised a job afterwards. Go to any "nursing college" and its filled with middle aged fat women who clearly botched their first 20 years in the work force.

Essentially the female military in terms of safety net and acceptance of almost anyone.

Being a bottom rung lawyer has to be the worst feeling. My wife was driving straight on a main road and got t boned by a dumbass who blew straight thru a stop sign. Accident report had the other driver dead to rights, brb her insurance’s retained lawyers spent 3 years fighting us for the cost to repair the car.

Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror every night thinking you spent all that $ on law school to make $500 a pop arguing why entirely innocent people should get fukked over.

Lawyers used to be by far the worst but that profession has taken a real downtown in the past 20 years and especially the last 10 so they don't all act too big for their britches now.

I've never seen a realtor or mortgage broker try to flex about their job. Neither of these are bad careers though just not flex worthy

The average starting salary for a 1st year doctor is around $180K in Los Angeles... I know low IQ supply chain managers that make $160K base salary and get around $25K bonus each year. Yeah, it's not high roller status, but keep in mind some of these buffoons only have a bachelors and yet they make nearly as much as doctors without any of the stress.

If anybody goes the medical route, you'd be better off going into plastic surgery cause that's were the BIG money be at.

There are many Oxford undergrads who become doctors FYI.

Anyway, I can tell you people the most impressive career that no one thinks is impressive: mathematician. People think you are a bean counter or "solve hard equations all day". Nobody outside of math has any idea how insanely ridiculous math gets.

I overheard a conversation between a lawyer buddy and another. Conversation was about quoting the same client who called asking for prices. Basically sounded like glorified sales with a shtload of reading before being able to bill. No thx jeff

That's on them if they do a bunch of work before getting a retainer so they can bill for their time. Most don't operate in the way you overheard unless desperate for business.
