The nazis are doing an ardennes offensive 2.0, and its going to end the same way

Notable Russian sources, including those close to Wagner, report that the armed forces of Ukraine have a large strike group made up of up to 10 brigades currently in Chasiv Yar, preparing to conduct a wide counterattack in the Bakhmut direction.

They claim that Ukraine will probably be using new Leopard tanks and strike drones during this attack.

This is an interesting development. I don't see a possible way this force could be effective there. The situation is so bad the 93rd in the south and territorial guard in the north are trying to hold Wagner back so forces can escape, damn near on foot in small groups, through a mud path. Wagner forces are apparently drawing pincers towards the direction of Chasiv Yar.

I don't see it happening without further calamity. It is a Ukrainian bloodbath there with severe loss of equipment.

It's insane how our own media covered these nazis celebrating Bandera, recruiting for their little youth militias, doing Hitler salutes and vowing to destroy Moscovites, and now suddenly everyone just pretends it never happened. I see McFaul say with conviction "There are no nazis in Ukraine!" even as we saw torchlight parades and violence against communist and leftist protesters.

The White House explained why the United States is not ready to supply Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine

Experts cite a lot of reasons why the United States does not want or cannot transfer the Patriot air defense system to Kiev. The fact is that some US military are not sure that this air defense system will be able to be effective against Russian cruise missiles and drones.

At the same time, the reputation of the weapon will be irreparably damaged, which will inevitably affect its further sales to other countries.

"The Patriot system is designed to intercept ballistic missiles, it is not as effective against cruise missiles, and it will definitely not be effective against drones," said John Kirby, the White House Strategic communications coordinator.

The Pentagon also expressed concern that if the Patriot system is delivered to Ukraine, it may be destroyed by Russian anti-radar missiles.

Nah, this has been covered in German media. People are aware that there are neo nazis in Ukrainian and Russian military. We also have this problem in the Bundeswehr.

Yeah but neither Russia nor Germany put medals on their chests and integrated entire nazi battalions into their military. Yushchenko made Bandera's birthday a national holiday. Poroshenko allowed neonazi militias to fire on his own people and then welcomed them into his military. Zelensky said Bandera was a "cool guy". These people are profoundly deranged.

It seems the Ukranians believe that they can defeat Russia with aggresive pushes... Interesting strategy. I wonder if the Americans came up with this or if it is a Ukranian tactic.

I think it will not end well for Ukraiine.

As I said long ago... Attrition and war economy will decide this war and Russia will prevale in both.

Ukraine is reliant on non-willing and poorly trained soldiers now. The attrition is snowballing and it will only get worse.

The Russians played nice and the Ukranians / NATO took it for weakness. All of this death and destruction could of been avoided.

I've decided to attempt to go pro playing poker and will be pretty much done posting ITT. Had some interesting talks with lots of people. Wife recently talked to her dad in Lviv and said its fking horrible. Nobody can leave the country, they are only pulling men from cities like Lviv and southern Ukraine, all the rich men in Kiev are unmolested. Still a shiet ton of corruption as well. I still believe Ukraine will end up holding a large chunk of Donbas and will have a functional military as well. I don't see them taking Crimea though. Best wishes to everyone ITT except that Serbian ph4g, hope he gets hit by a missile.

I think that has to be the lamest excuse. I went pro working in my career and still post.

I think reality is dawning on you... this whole war was a huge mistake and the inevitable result was a Ukraine defeat.

The problem with a war like this is that the most motivated and zealous men push you into the most aggresive posture and they're long dead by the time the war really comes home.
