I would eat once a day, absolutely no snacking, you should still eat Same total daily maintenance calories but only once a day, if that’s impossible, I would do a 4 hour eating window. Basically, I would just eat a grass fed large steak with large salad, done. Or something similar. Goes without saying that all food is to be organic.

3 L of water, highest quality filter, a must,

I would take some obvious supplements, all supplements are to be whole food based organic from reputable brands, but just common sense things like multi, fish oil, vitamin D, nac, probiotics,

Sleep in a dark room, no electronics, no TV, no loud music, I would completely disconnect from all social media permanently, good high-quality medium firm mattress. Fresh air daily a must, if you live in a polluted dump, I would be looking for an opportunity to relocate to where the air is better.

If I’m doing the above and still having a problem after a few days, I would go and see some natural holistic doctor of some kind, and like I said, just watch Dr. Berg videos on whatever topic that interests you.

Do not underestimate the things that I wrote above, I had a client who had devastating symptoms that nobody could figure out, turns out water supply in his house was polluted, so a simple act of washing dishes, or taking a shower would **** him up. and another person gets swollen hands and fingers, again Nobody knew what it was, but people in the know know that this is simply a gluten intolerance, this is why I would eliminate grains if I was you. Garbage food like grains causes many random and very bad side effects in many people.

Also, remember that holistic natural doctors that see rich people and athletes will give you a far more detailed blood test, regular blood tests are a joke, since your body will do everything possible to keep blood values correct, but it doesn’t mean that you are not deficient in something!
Already doing all of this except the compressed eating window, I'll fast to noon occasionally, I'll try extending.

how about a short walk outside first thing in the morning?

Your other option is to say something typical and predictable like “Dr. Berg is a fraud” etc. and continue having your problems.

these things are an absolute non-issue, have simplest solutions, and are an absolute joke that you can probably resolve even without looking at any natural holistic solution, or seeing a natural doctor, simply by stopping eating garbage that you’re eating, and having a terrible lifestyle that you’re having. 100% srs.

There is absolutely zero chance, and I mean zero, that you would have any of these issues if you ate a healthy diet once a day and had a healthy lifestyle, without any bad habits, or ingesting something wrong. There is no way, human body simply doesn’t work that way.

I was reading some research papers on Creatine & Q-10 in more depth.

So last night I pre-loaded 10g Creatine + 600mg of Q-10 + 1000mg NAC & again upon waking up.

went to the gym this morning & miraculously my energy improved by at least 50%

From what I understand, post viral infection can inhibit mitochondria production which causes the muscles to be deflated. This means it's extremely crucial for to do weight baring exercises

I'll keep you guys updated over the next few days on this.

As Kusok mentioned above. Ever since I changed my water from the tap, my cognitive abilities have improved that's for sure.

Maybe try this Zere

I had a chest infection that lasted about a month. I was using a puffer just so I could breath at times. Once I had recovered by legs would give in & couldn't walk up or down stairs.

A month went by, I wasn't recovering. I fell into a major depressive episode which the police came in my house for a wellness check.

Nearly lost my job, as I couldn't move at all.

Ah, then one has to be very careful. Horrid things like head and neck cancers are ebv positive, and many believe these cancers are triggered by ebv. Better pray you don’t start having any swollen nodes on your neck boyo. Or you gon be in for an adventure… and yes, there will be blood. Lol

Chronique fatique disease doesn't exist. It's just a label they give you when they don't know what the fuk you have. 99% of the time it's just problems you have with eating habits, lifestyle or general happiness. Often a combination of those.

Do you think the mRNA jab has made people more susceptible to ebv? Seeing many people at my gym & trainers starting to slow down at an alarming rate.

I keep seeing new studies suggesting the Body is still producing Spike proteins in the lymph nodes in defiantly.

It's also linked to multiple sclerosis (MS), kinda scary.

But you are cherry picking, there are plenty of top experts with all the credentials than believe that Covid, a long Covid, and all that is complete BS

Sure. I am aware of this. But how many more agree on a medical consensus?

But even that is unreliable - so lets look at hard data? What type of hard data there is for Covid and Long Covid not existing?

Oh no, they exist, it’s just that it’s not worth talking about, it was certainly worth to people who make the drugs and scum in the government who used the opportunity to power grab, but in real world to you and me Covid doesn’t matter at all,

Would you lock down the world for flu? It kills millions of people, do you lock down the world for drunk driving? Or cars? Cigarettes? How about a cold? Do you lock down the world and force everyone to get medication for a cold? Covid is simply a cold, it’s a coronavirus, colds are coronaviruses, that’s the actual definition, they have a visible corona under the microscope, is it a bad cold? Sure, is it a really really bad cold? Sure, to some people. So what?? Many things are really deadly for many people.

the question we should be asking is: did op get vaccinated?

Yes. I had the Pfizer 2 primary doses. I tried to refuse them, however they gave me the ultimatum to be fired.

Well, this is your most likely culprit, there are a couple of other possibilities, but this is primary,

like one poster mentioned above similar symptoms happen also to people with poor insulin sensitivity, blood tests may not show that you’re diabetic a pre-diabetic yet, but your symptoms of sudden crashes, just fatigue in general, all of that stuff is very typical of people who have no business eating carbohydrates or eating more than once a day for that matter.

In the past I also was wondering if I have adrenal fatigue, I was very confused of my lethargy and tiredness, turns out all I had to do is stop being carbs, got endless energy, when i wake up wether it’s at 5 AM or whenever there is no sleep in my eyes and I don’t yawn, jump out of bed and do whatever I need to do, many people can testify to the same effect.

But vax is what I would bet caused your problem.

I already do IF with 2 meals per day. My average step counter pushes 30k steps daily, being low carb has made me faint on several occasions. But saying that, my hands and feet are turning yellow and while my liver readings are clear, these symptoms of rapid colouring of my hands and feet are concerning.

I will have to admit, I use a Vape (often) in the bathroom breaks and have about 400mg caffeine . Plan to drop it tomorrow. But only been on the vape for 2 weeks

But to see the hands and feet suddenly change is a little bizzare.

Kinda running out of options for a diagnosis.
